What you'll do
- Triage, resolve, escalate, and close IT support tickets.
- Image, enroll, and maintain macOS and Windows workstations.
- Provision and deprovision user accounts and access.
- Troubleshoot cloud VMs, GPU issues, and permissions.
- Support media transfer, storage, and review tools.
- Support meeting rooms and review spaces.
