About this role
The Designated Support Engineer for Portworx will act as a key technical resource for strategic accounts, ensuring optimal use of the Everpure™ Platform in large-scale Kubernetes environments. This role focuses on proactive support, incident resolution, collaboration with engineering teams, and guiding clients through deployment processes.
What you'll do
- Serve as the main technical contact for designated accounts
- Manage and resolve critical incidents in large-scale deployments
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance product reliability
- Assist customers through the deployment lifecycle and best practices
- Create knowledge base articles to improve Portworx® ecosystem resilience
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in technical support
- Expertise in Kubernetes management and security
- Experience with various Kubernetes distributions
- Strong proficiency in Linux systems and storage components
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud architecture
- Ability to manage high-stakes customer relationships
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
