What you'll do

• Drive issue triage and resolution for internal teams and manufacturing
• Develop PCIe and NVMe validation test plans
• Conduct failure analysis and support customer escalations
• Utilize automation and AI for improved issue triaging
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers
• Maintain documentation and updates for stakeholders

What they're looking for

• Over 5 years of interface troubleshooting experience
• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Hands-on experience with PCIe Gen5/Gen6
• Proficient with test equipment for PCIe
• Scripting skills in Python and BASH
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments
