Product Quality Engineer

About this role

Everpure is seeking a Product Quality Engineer to improve product quality throughout the production lifecycle. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance manufacturing processes and address technical challenges in data storage solutions.

What you'll do

• Manage product quality from product introduction to sustained production
• Participate in new product development with manufacturing insights
• Coordinate failure analysis with suppliers
• Drive improvements in manufacturing operations and quality standards
• Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and cost reduction
• Evaluate engineering designs to ensure zero defects

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or similar
• 6+ years in product quality or manufacturing engineering
• Experience in PCBA and system-level manufacturing
• Knowledge of quality methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, etc.)
• Data analysis and project management proficiency
• Expertise in reliability engineering and failure prediction
• Hands-on experience in hardware debugging preferred
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
