Join the Technical Services team as a Service Solutions Engineer, where you will address complex customer issues involving cloud and storage technologies. Your primary role will be to prevent escalations to the Development team by leveraging your technical expertise and mentoring support staff.
What you'll do
- Lead resolution of complex service requests and escalations.
- Mentor and coach Technical Support Engineers.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to isolate issues.
- Become a subject matter expert in containers and hybrid/multi-cloud deployments.
- Create high-quality documentation to reduce future support volume.

- Familiarity with large-scale enterprise software
- Experience with public cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of container technologies like Kubernetes
- Understanding of storage technologies
