What you'll do

  • Resolve customer issues from initial contact through to resolution.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems across multi-platform environments.
  • Lead customer calls and advocate for their concerns internally.
  • Enhance knowledge base with internal and customer-facing articles.
  • Mentor junior Support Engineers on best practices.
