The Technical Services Engineer will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support for the FlashArray product. This position involves diagnosing complex technical issues, advocating for customers, and contributing to a team focused on innovative storage solutions.
What you'll do
- Resolve customer issues from initial contact through to resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems across multi-platform environments.
- Lead customer calls and advocate for their concerns internally.
- Enhance knowledge base with internal and customer-facing articles.
- Mentor junior Support Engineers on best practices.

- 3+ years in enterprise-level technical support
- Technical troubleshooting expertise
