About this role
Join Everpure's Portworx team as a Technical Services Engineer supporting enterprise customers deploying containerized workloads across hybrid cloud environments. You'll diagnose complex distributed systems issues, drive incident resolution from POC to production, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance product reliability.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and optimize large-scale Portworx deployments across Kubernetes, OpenShift, and public cloud platforms
- Investigate and resolve multi-layer application, storage, and infrastructure issues across all severity levels
- Partner with product engineering to isolate edge cases and implement robust fixes
- Provide hands-on technical support during pre-sales engagements, POC installations, and production expansions
- Author internal and customer-facing knowledge base articles and technical guides based on real-world scenarios
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle from proof-of-concept to critical production
