About this role
Everpure is looking for a Thermal Mechanical Engineer to lead the design of thermal and mechanical systems for DirectFlash Modules. This role involves working on innovative solutions in data storage, conducting thermal simulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance.
What you'll do
- Lead thermal and mechanical architecture for DirectFlash Module designs.
- Perform advanced thermal simulations using CFD tools.
- Drive simulation-to-test correlation and refine models.
- Support system integration with ODM/JDM partners.
- Collaborate on design-for-manufacturing considerations.
- Own the thermal-mechanical design lifecycle.
What they're looking for
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Expertise in thermal simulation for electronics
- Experience with FloTHERM or Icepak
- Strong 3D CAD skills (e.g., Pro/ENGINEER, Creo)
- Understanding of materials and airflow design
- Hands-on design and prototyping experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
