Pay Rate: Starting at $22.00/hr, with higher pay depending on experience, plus a $3.00/hr shift differential.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support structural steel loading and yard operations. This hands-on role involves moving steel, handling trailers, and operating overhead cranes and Pettibone equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate overhead cranes to load and move structural steel.
• Use Pettibone equipment to transport steel around the yard.
• Jockey trailers around the yard and unload incoming trailers.
• Assist with outdoor material handling and daily shop operations.
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow workplace safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience operating overhead cranes and handling materials.
• Experience loading structural steel with an overhead crane is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn additional tasks; training may be available to qualified candidates.
