About this role
Qualia is seeking a Quality Engineer to build and scale their test automation and quality systems for their AI-powered real estate technology platform. You'll be a key contributor, owning complex quality challenges, designing automation frameworks (including a migration from Cypress to Playwright), and collaborating with engineers to ensure high-quality product releases. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong programming skills and a passion for improving engineering processes.
What you'll do
- Build and scale test automation, quality infrastructure, and performance testing systems.
- Lead the design and implementation of core automation frameworks, including migrations.
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and test failures, and debug issues.
- Tackle challenging quality problems, from architecture to AI-assisted testing.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers.
