• PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience with VHDL/Verilog coding
• Proficient in Python for testing
• Familiarity with Xilinx or Altera FPGAs
• Knowledge of Modelsim
• Understanding of networking protocols (IP, TCP, UDP)
• Strong analytical skills
