Solutions Engineer

About this role

Rain is seeking a Solutions Engineer to facilitate the integration and scaling of their stablecoin and blockchain infrastructure for clients. The role combines technical expertise with customer interaction to deliver customized solutions that highlight the reliability and utility of their technology.

What you'll do

• Understand client technical needs and design integrations using APIs and SDKs
• Scope and architect solutions for stablecoin operations and blockchain connectivity
• Serve as technical contact during pre-sales and onboarding phases
• Conduct technical workshops and product demonstrations
• Collaborate with partners to ensure successful implementation
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to APIs and blockchain infrastructure

What they're looking for

• 3-7+ years in Solutions Engineering or related fields
• Knowledge of blockchain fundamentals and crypto payment flows
• Experience with REST APIs and backend integration
• Proficiency in at least one coding language (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Excellent client-facing and project management skills
