Software Engineer, Frontend

About this role

Ramp seeks a Frontend Software Engineer to build high-performance, user-centric interfaces for their financial infrastructure platform. You'll own complex projects, mentor teammates, and help shape the technical vision while working with TypeScript, React, and Ramp's design system.

What you'll do

• Design and build performant, beautiful interfaces for finance products
• Lead technical discussions and implement complex projects across the codebase
• Mentor junior engineers and interns while fostering engineering excellence
• Drive improvements to engineering processes and tools for team scalability
• Participate in recruiting and interviewing while maintaining high hiring standards
• Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions
