About this role

Ramp seeks a Software Engineer to build internal platforms and demo infrastructure for go-to-market teams, creating tools that showcase product capabilities and accelerate sales cycles. You'll develop AI-powered workflows and sandbox environments while partnering with Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success to turn field feedback into scalable platform improvements.

What you'll do

  • Build and own end-to-end software for Sales, Solutions, and go-to-market teams, from requirements to shipping polished tools
  • Develop demo and sandbox infrastructure enabling realistic and repeatable product showcases
  • Create AI-powered internal workflows and agents to reduce manual work and unblock complex deals
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate field feedback into scalable product improvements
  • Make strategic engineering tradeoffs between one-off enablement needs and reusable platform investments
  • Support internal users with genuine empathy, especially customer-facing teams
