About this role

Reacher is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to help develop their AI-driven SaaS platform for creator marketing. The role involves leading feature development, mentoring other engineers, and creating scalable backend systems while leveraging AI coding tools in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What you'll do

• Lead product features from research to shipping
• Shape engineering architecture and set quality standards
• Mentor engineers in AI-native workflows
• Translate user requirements into experiences
• Design scalable backend systems using Python and FastAPI
• Write clean and maintainable code

• 2-6 years of full-stack experience
• Strong understanding of backend development
