What you'll do

• Lead product features from research to implementation
• Shape engineering architecture and set code standards
• Mentor other engineers in AI-native workflows
• Translate customer requirements into user experiences
• Design scalable backend systems
• Build responsive user interfaces

What they're looking for

• 2-6 years of full-stack experience
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, GCP
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, Tailwind
• Strong AI coding skills, especially in Claude Code
• Ability to set engineering quality standards
• Resourcefulness in ambiguous environments
• Strong product intuition
• Experience with AI-driven development workflows
