Applied AI Engineer II (Audio)

About this role

Reality Defender is looking for an Applied AI Engineer II (Audio) to enhance and implement advanced audio deepfake detection models within client settings. This role focuses on model tuning and deployment, ensuring performance across various real-world environments.

What you'll do

• Optimize ML/DL models for audio deepfake detection
• Investigate model failures and develop evaluation frameworks
• Ensure model performance in diverse environments
• Present findings on model performance to internal teams
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams

What they're looking for

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX)
• Understanding of audio processing fundamentals
• Experience with benchmarking and training pipelines
• Knowledge of model robustness and evaluation metrics
