Full Stack Engineer

About this role

Reality Defender is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to develop features across its deepfake detection platform, working on both frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a passion for building impactful products in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do

• Design and implement product features across the stack
• Build scalable APIs and backend services for real-time detection
• Create intuitive UIs for AI outputs
• Collaborate with ML engineers and product teams
• Own technical decisions and system architecture
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices

What they're looking for

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Frontend: React + TypeScript
• Backend: Python, Go, or Node.js
• REST or streaming API design experience
• Understanding of databases and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure)
• Strong product mindset
• Ability to work independently
