About this role
Realm is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Birmingham, AL, to serve as the main technical contact for field customers. The role will involve hands-on integration and deployment work while translating operational needs into technical solutions.
What you'll do
- Spend over 50% of time onsite with customers
- Understand customer operations by shadowing users
- Rapidly prototype tools and integrations in the field
- Troubleshoot complex operational issues
- Translate field insights into technical requirements
- Lead technical integration work including APIs and data pipelines

- 2+ years in software engineering or mission operations
