Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Reducto is seeking a founding Forward Deployed Engineer to enhance customer engagement by deploying and fine-tuning their document automation systems in enterprise environments. This role involves collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to tailor solutions, drive sales, and provide feedback for product improvements.

What you'll do

• Develop applications and tools to maximize customer value
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams
• Foster relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Create diagnostics and performance tracking tools
• Provide feedback to improve product usability and features
• Work with founders on product direction and strategy

What they're looking for

• 3-6 years of software deployment experience
• Proficient in Python programming
• Experience with Bash and infrastructure management
• Ability to quickly build custom tools
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Comfortable with the full product development lifecycle
• Quantitative approach to product development
• Familiarity with ML/AI developments (bonus)
