About this role
Reducto is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist to oversee the deployment of their AI document platform into customer environments. This role involves close collaboration with enterprise teams to ensure successful implementations while addressing unique infrastructure challenges.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end deployment of Reducto into various customer environments
- Assess infrastructure and design tailored deployment strategies
- Understand and deploy hardware for ML models
- Build monitoring and telemetry systems for customer environments
- Debug customer-specific infrastructure issues
- Codify deployment patterns for scalability
What they're looking for
- 5+ years operating production infrastructure
- Experience with Python or similar languages
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and container orchestration
- Strong networking and storage technology expertise
- Excellent communication with external engineers
- Strong problem-solving and automation skills
- Quantitative approach to system operations
- Experience in regulated environments (bonus)
