About this role
Reducto is looking for a Solutions Engineer to enhance customer engagement and support sales through technical expertise. The role involves working with enterprise clients to demonstrate product capabilities, design data flow architectures, and collaborate with engineers for product improvements.
What you'll do
- Work with GTM team to demonstrate product capabilities
- Design system architecture for product integration
- Write scripts to enhance customer product utilization
- Collaborate with customers and engineers for feedback
- Act as a feedback loop for product and infrastructure teams
- Work directly with founders on product direction
What they're looking for
- 3-6 years experience with enterprise customers
- Proficient in Python and familiar with Bash
- Comfortable with Kubernetes
- Ability to build custom tools
- Quantitative approach to product development
- Strong debugging and iteration skills
- Excellent communication skills
