About this role

Redwood Credit Union seeks a Programmer II to design and maintain a centralized data platform supporting enterprise-wide reporting and analytics. You'll develop ETL pipelines, optimize SQL databases, build dashboards, and provide technical solutions that transform complex data into actionable business insights for organizational leaders.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into SQL databases
  • Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and automation scripts using SQL, T-SQL, Python, C#, and PowerShell
  • Build and maintain enterprise data warehouses, business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reporting structures
  • Support daily ARCU/Post ARCU ETL job completion, troubleshoot issues, and provide on-call production system support
  • Evaluate business data requests for feasibility, cost, timeline, and system compatibility; develop technical specifications
  • Document code, manage work queues, and employ project management methodologies for programming initiatives
