- Act as the main contact for field quality issues in BESS assets
- Lead investigations into failures and incidents with O&M and Service Engineering
- Conduct root cause analyses using established methods
- Document problem statements with data and evidence
- Track and verify corrective actions for quality issues
- Support development of quality KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
