Solutions Engineer, Energy Storage

Redwood Materials is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Energy Storage to act as a technical liaison for the company's customers. This role combines technical knowledge with customer engagement, helping to shape system designs and ensure scalability in operations.

What you'll do

• Serve as a technical resource during customer discussions and site visits
• Collaborate with customers on system design concepts and technical specifications
• Support development of commercial proposals, including diagrams and specifications
• Maintain expertise in Redwood’s energy storage products and serve as a technical advisor
• Collect customer feedback and inform engineering teams on capability needs
• Empower the commercial team to handle technical inquiries independently
