Reflection is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to enhance their Applied AI team by collaborating with enterprise customers to convert advanced AI research into practical applications. This role involves developing and deploying agentic systems while ensuring scalability and reliability in production environments.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists and Sales to understand customer needs
• Architect and develop agentic applications
• Build and deploy AI systems using modern technologies
• Adapt models for specific customer requirements in collaboration with research teams
• Support deployments across various environments ensuring performance and reliability
• Contribute to the development of processes and best practices

What they're looking for

• Proficient in Python and Typescript
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts
• 3+ years in software engineering of AI-driven solutions
• Customer-facing experience and solution architecture
• Self-starter with high agency
