Chief Engineer

REGENT is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee the Viceroy Seaglider program, acting as the primary authority on vehicle-level technical integration. This role requires leading cross-functional teams to ensure the coherence and certification of the vehicle system, while fostering strong engineering judgment across various disciplines.

What you'll do

• Own vehicle-level technical integration and authority for the Viceroy Seaglider
• Drive the design maturity towards PDR and CDR
• Decompose and control vehicle-level requirements
• Lead trade studies and technical decision-making across disciplines
• Define the certification technical strategy with the certification team
• Enable cross-functional technical teams to execute effectively
