About this role
Relativity Space seeks a Power Systems Engineer II to design and develop electrical infrastructure for the Terran R launch facility at Cape Canaveral. You'll work across multiple voltage systems, create construction documentation, manage subcontractor procurement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on next-generation launch operations.
What you'll do
- Design electrical systems and create construction drawings for launch and processing facilities
- Engineer power generation, distribution, protection, and sequencing systems across 22.5 kV to 120 V voltage levels
- Prepare bid packages, RFPs, and subcontractor evaluation documentation
- Develop electrical system requirements and participate in design reviews
- Support installation planning and equipment procurement for launch operations
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams on facility development
