- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical support.
- Develop and share best practices to improve technical support efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years in cloud Data Unification solutions.
- 3+ years in customer-facing SaaS support roles.
- Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure services.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration tools.
- Background in data management and analytics.
- Programming experience in Python or Java.
