  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical support.
  • Develop and share best practices to improve technical support efficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 3+ years in cloud Data Unification solutions.
  • 3+ years in customer-facing SaaS support roles.
  • Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure services.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and integration tools.
  • Background in data management and analytics.
  • Programming experience in Python or Java.
