Render is looking for a Software Engineer to join their team, focusing on building a developer-friendly cloud platform for AI-native applications. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create user-centric features while ensuring product scalability and reliability.

What you'll do

• Develop new product features to enhance user experience
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams
• Improve and maintain the Render codebase
• Engage in team planning and goal-setting
• Contribute to team culture and practices
• Participate in on-call support as required

What they're looking for

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Experience with web frameworks and APIs
• Proficient in multiple programming languages
• Strong ownership and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Familiarity with modern software deployment tools
• Experience in product-driven environments
• Knowledge of technologies used in Render products (Go, Typescript, etc.)
