What you'll do
- Develop integrations and MCP surfaces to connect teams to their systems.
- Create reusable patterns and shared skills to improve team efficiency.
- Partner with HR to develop AI literacy programs and champion AI adoption.
- Collaborate with Engineering to build custom solutions and bridge technology gaps.
- Own and maintain MCP integrations, shared agents, and agent identity management.
- Establish cost visibility and optimize AI spending through prompt caching and model routing.
