Field Engineer

About this role

Replit is seeking a Field Engineer to act as a technical leader for enterprise accounts, focusing on both pre-sales and post-sales activities. This role involves facilitating technical evaluations, driving product adoption, and ensuring customers maximize their use of Replit's platform.

What you'll do

• Conduct technical discovery and design strategies for enterprise clients
• Demonstrate product value through live building during presentations
• Implement security and governance protocols for clients
• Lead technical onboarding and enablement training sessions
• Create tailored Design Systems for customer development needs
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion

What they're looking for

• 5-7+ years in technical customer-facing roles
• Deep knowledge of Replit platform
• Experience working with enterprise clients
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient in programming (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
• Familiarity with APIs and modern cloud architecture
• Strong collaboration within a Pod structure
