Software Engineer, Enterprise Platform

About this role

Replit is seeking a Software Engineer for their Enterprise Platform team to develop secure and compliant infrastructure solutions for large organizations. The role emphasizes collaboration with various teams to enhance deployment capabilities, data protection, and network integration.

What you'll do

• Design and implement enterprise deployment infrastructure.
• Build private networking capabilities for customer integration.
• Create authorization services with fine-grained access controls.
• Implement data protection features like BYOK encryption.
• Write Terraform modules for automated deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.

What they're looking for

• 4+ years in Infrastructure or Platform Engineering
• Proficient in Go, Typescript, or Python
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud technologies
• Understanding of cloud networking (VPCs, peering)
• Knowledge of Terraform and configuration management
• Familiarity with OAuth/OIDC and RBAC/ABAC
• Basic knowledge of security and encryption
• Strong debugging skills across distributed systems
