Software Engineer, Growth

Replit is looking for a Growth Engineer to drive product scaling and optimize user metrics through data-driven strategies. The role involves experimenting with A/B testing, developing growth features, and collaborating across teams to enhance user engagement and retention.

What you'll do

• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve key performance indicators.
• Enhance user funnels to boost conversion rates.
• Create growth-oriented product features like onboarding and referral systems.
• Analyze user behavior data in collaboration with data teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends to innovate growth tactics.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Programming skills in Node, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go
• SQL and data analysis proficiency
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude
• Experience with experimental design and statistical analysis
