Replit is seeking a Growth Infrastructure Engineer to enhance its platform's scalability and performance in user acquisition and engagement. This role integrates engineering, experimentation, and data-driven strategies to facilitate growth initiatives and optimize infrastructure for seamless execution.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain scalable infrastructure for growth experiments.
• Build and optimize analytics pipelines for key growth metrics.
• Develop automated workflows for user onboarding and campaign tracking.
• Support A/B testing frameworks in production systems.
• Implement monitoring and troubleshooting for growth infrastructure.
• Evaluate new tools and frameworks for growth engineering.
