About this role

Replit is seeking a Support Engineer I to assist users with questions and technical issues related to their software creation platform. This role involves troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration within a global support team to enhance user experience and support new AI-driven products.

What you'll do

  • Assist Replit customers through support tickets by solving technical issues
  • Collaborate with the Support team to convey user feedback to Replit
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools and Knowledge Base
  • Manage customer communications during outages and report bugs
  • Meet ticket volume and resolution time targets

  • 1-2+ years in technical support or software development
  • Experience with support tools like Zendesk and Slack
  • Debugging skills in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
  • Ability to work in fast-paced support environments
  • Strong communication skills under pressure
  • Ownership mindset with empathy for customers
