About this role
Replit is seeking a Support Engineer I to assist users with questions and technical issues related to their software creation platform. This role involves troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration within a global support team to enhance user experience and support new AI-driven products.
What you'll do
- Assist Replit customers through support tickets by solving technical issues
- Collaborate with the Support team to convey user feedback to Replit
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and Knowledge Base
- Manage customer communications during outages and report bugs
- Meet ticket volume and resolution time targets
What they're looking for
- 1-2+ years in technical support or software development
- Experience with support tools like Zendesk and Slack
- Debugging skills in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
- Ability to work in fast-paced support environments
- Strong communication skills under pressure
- Ownership mindset with empathy for customers
