Security Engineer, AI Vulnerability Management

About this role

Robinhood is seeking a Security Engineer to advance vulnerability management through AI-assisted automation and tooling. You'll build systems for discovering, prioritizing, and remediating vulnerabilities across cloud infrastructure while partnering with engineering teams to reduce security risks at scale.

What you'll do

• Build automation workflows for vulnerability discovery, prioritization, and remediation in cloud and application environments
• Develop integrations connecting vulnerability findings with infrastructure context and threat intelligence signals
• Create CI/CD guardrails and developer workflows to prevent security issues from reaching production
• Support incident response for high-priority vulnerabilities and zero-day events through analysis and remediation coordination
• Build dashboards and reporting workflows translating security findings into operational insights for engineering teams

• Python or Go programming
• AWS, Kubernetes, or cloud-native infrastructure
• Vulnerability management and CVSS analysis
• Security tools (Snyk, Semgrep, Wiz, or similar)
