About this role
Robots & Pencils is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed AI Engineer to embed within client environments and lead the design and implementation of AI/ML systems. This role requires a highly experienced engineer capable of architectural decision-making, end-to-end system ownership, and fostering client adoption while ensuring reliability and scalability. You'll be a key technical leader, driving AI-forward engineering practices and mentoring other engineers.
