Manufacturing Engineer I/II

Rocket Lab is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I/II to enhance manufacturing processes for the Neutron Launch Vehicle at their Middle River, MD facility. This role involves planning builds, developing tooling, and improving production techniques to support space missions.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute the build and integration of Neutron hardware
• Develop and drive manufacturing processes and tooling
• Increase throughput and reduce errors in production
• Support Neutron integration engineers with testing procedures
• Maintain planning documents for vehicle configurations
• Collaborate with management and technicians on projects
