About this role
Rox is seeking a founding IT Support Engineer to build and scale their IT and Security function. You'll be responsible for both hands-on support and proactively improving IT operations through automation and strategic solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of IT at a rapidly growing, AI-native revenue operating system company.
What you'll do
- Provide primary IT support for the San Francisco office.
- Administer and evolve core identity systems (Okta, Google).
- Manage employee identity and application lifecycles.
- Administer endpoint management and ensure compliance.
- Automate recurring IT tasks and workflows.
- Support security and compliance efforts (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
