Rubrik is looking for an Application Security Engineer to enhance the security of its products by integrating robust security practices across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). This role involves collaborating with various teams to identify vulnerabilities, conduct security assessments, and implement strategies for proactive security measures.

What you'll do

• Integrate security controls into the secure SDLC
• Conduct security assessments using automated and manual testing
• Provide detailed analysis of identified vulnerabilities
• Assist in implementing proactive 'shift-left' strategies
• Document security guidance and standards for products
• Participate in security design reviews and threat modeling

• 5+ years in Application Security
• Knowledge of regulatory standards like FedRAMP, SOC2
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages
• Experience with CI/CD and containerization tools
• Understanding of cloud security practices
