About this role
Samsara seeks a Solutions Integration Engineer II to help enterprise customers design and implement B2B integrations with their IoT platform. You'll work cross-functionally across a diverse customer base—from logistics to utilities—mapping integration needs to APIs, building custom solutions, and ensuring successful deployments.

- Design and build B2B integrations between customer systems and Samsara's IoT platform APIs
- Map customer integration requirements to current and future API capabilities
- Provide technical training and guidance to customer implementation teams on best practices
- Troubleshoot integration issues and advocate for product fixes with engineering and support teams
- Partner with product managers, sales, and systems engineers across the organization
- Ensure successful long-term relationships with strategic, high-value customers
