This remote role involves hands-on development of custom AI agents and workflows, with an emphasis on understanding and addressing complex operational challenges for clients.

What you'll do

• Work closely with clients to define requirements and deliver AI solutions.
• Train and implement custom AI agents for fraud prevention.
• Optimize AI agent performance with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
• Promote an AI-first strategy across teams and client interactions.
• Develop AI risk metrics and evaluation pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for efficient model integration.
