Civil/Site Engineer – Infrastructure

Saronic Technologies is seeking a licensed Civil/Site Engineer to oversee the design, permitting, and development of infrastructure for autonomous maritime defense systems. The role involves working on complex site development challenges while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and engaging with regulatory agencies.

What you'll do

• Manage site development and stormwater management standards.
• Lead the environmental permitting process for capital projects.
• Assist with project scope development and documentation.
• Serve as point of contact for regulatory agency interactions.
• Review third-party designs and provide subject matter expertise.
• Conduct field visits to oversee construction and installation.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field
• Licensed engineer (PE preferred)
• 8+ years of civil site systems design experience
• Knowledge of civil engineering and environmental design requirements
• Experience with permitting processes and regulatory compliance
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Strong project management skills
• Innovative problem-solving abilities
