About this role

Saronic Technologies is looking for a Commissioning Engineer to oversee the commissioning and operational readiness of marine systems on the autonomous vessel Marauder. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and experience in marine engineering, particularly with propulsion and electrical systems.

What you'll do

  • Support marine engineering operations during production and testing
  • Troubleshoot diesel engines and auxiliary systems
  • Guide and provide technical oversight to Chief Engineers
  • Oversee commissioning and testing of vessel systems
  • Ensure maintenance of vessel machinery
  • Coordinate with shipyard and vendors during construction
