Saronic Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to enhance manufacturing processes and facilitate the transition to high-volume production within the shipyard. The role focuses on integrating advanced equipment, improving workflow efficiency, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful vessel construction and repair.

What you'll do

• Integrate new manufacturing equipment into production processes
• Train staff on operating manufacturing equipment
• Maintain and develop maintenance plans for manufacturing equipment
• Identify and implement process changes for high-volume production
• Collaborate with software engineering on production management systems
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
