Manufacturing Engineer – Mission Support (Service & Repair Operations)

Saronic Technologies is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to enhance service and repair operations for their autonomous surface vessels. This role focuses on developing standardized repair processes while collaborating with various teams to improve efficiency and maintain quality compliance.

What you'll do

• Develop and standardize repair processes for production activities
• Translate repair activities into structured workflows
• Build and maintain digital workflows within manufacturing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address repair needs
• Identify and drive improvements in repair efficiency and quality
• Maintain documentation for processes to support quality audits

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• 5–8+ years in manufacturing or repair operations
• Experience with MES or ERP systems
• Ability to define structured processes from variable tasks
• Knowledge of ISO9001 standards
• Cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage high variability in operations
