Supplier Quality Engineer

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to uphold the quality standards of products and materials sourced from suppliers. The role entails managing supplier quality performance, conducting audits, driving corrective actions, and fostering supplier relationships to enhance overall supply chain quality.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes for suppliers.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of suppliers.
• Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve their quality systems.
• Maintain records of supplier quality performance and prepare reports.
• Work with internal teams to address quality concerns related to suppliers.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality or supplier quality roles.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality methodologies.
• Experience with supplier audits and inspections.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with QMS and continuous improvement methods.
