The Platform Support Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining Saviynt's Enterprise Identity Cloud, with a focus on application layer support and operational efficiency. This position involves troubleshooting, performance analysis, and collaborating with various teams to enhance platform reliability and customer satisfaction in a 24/7 operational environment.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot application and database performance issues in production.
- Monitor SaaS applications and infrastructure for alerts and performance.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement solutions for performance issues.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM systems.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance.

- Experience in IT/Cloud operations
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Java, Grails, and Hibernate
- Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud services
