Fay, S&B USA Construction seeks a Summer 2027 Scheduling/Project Planning Intern to support bid pursuits and active contracts within their heavy civil infrastructure projects. This role provides hands-on experience with CPM scheduling using P6 software, and supports project teams through site visits and schedule updates. It’s a valuable opportunity for students pursuing degrees in Civil, General Engineering, or Construction Management.
What you'll do
- Develop and update CPM schedules using P6.
- Support bid schedule development from RFPs.
- Visit job sites to observe construction progress.
- Assist with weekly/monthly schedule updates.
- Prepare schedule reports and narratives.
- Allocate resources (labor, material, equipment) within P6.
